At Grupo Reina Madre, we are looking for your talent as: **Sales Advisor / Gynecological and Maternity Consultant at the Toluca Branch** Position Objective: Responsible for maintaining effective communication between the clinic and patients, in order to provide information regarding the services offered by the clinic (prices, scheduling of procedures and/or branch services), as well as closing sales for these services. **Responsibilities:** * Provides cost estimates for procedures, tests, and/or other services offered by Reina Madre. * Schedules surgeries at hospitals according to availability. * Schedules procedures or follow-up appointments with treating physicians for patient assessment and follow-up through various systems. * Sends laboratory results to patients with abnormalities requiring a procedure to secure their appointment. * Ensures proper handling and delivery of patient information, such as SGM, contracts, consents, among others, while maintaining warm and consistent communication throughout the entire process between the patient and Reina Madre. * **Responsible for closing sales, collecting payments for reserved procedures, and handling overage-related follow-up matters.** **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM * Weekly rotating day off * Work location: Av.
