As our national network expands, we’re seeking a Carrier Sales / Carrier Development Specialist who thrives on building carrier relationships, securing capacity, and earning uncapped incentives through performance. If you’re tired of “just covering spot loads” and want to own carrier relationships, grow a book of business, and get paid for it this is for you. **What You’ll Do** * Build and manage relationships with owner\-operators and small fleets * Onboard, activate, and retain dedicated carriers into GH’s network * Book daily freight across core U.S. lanes (dry \& reefer) * Maintain consistent communication to create repeatable, contracted capacity * Ensure carrier compliance (insurance, tracking, communication) * Jump into recovery, backup coverage, and same\-day truck sourcing when needed * Work hand\-in\-hand with sales, dispatch, and QA to drive margin and performance **Earnings \& Incentives** This role is base \+ performance commission. Besides your starting salary, you will earn bonuses and incentives based on: * Dedicated carriers you onboard and retain * Number of weekly loads booked through your carriers * Growth of your active carrier base (units that run weekly) ***The more carriers and loads you control the more you earn.*** **Ideal Candidate – You Are:** * 1–3\+ years in Carrier Sales, Freight Brokerage, Dispatch, or Truckload Operations * Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and problem\-solving * Hungry to build your own carrier book, not just follow loads * Strong communicator by phone/text/email — you know how to keep carriers loyal * Organized, proactive, and performance\-driven * Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required * 50\+ WPM and tech\-comfortable in TMS systems **Schedule** * Full\-Time \| Monday–Friday \| 7 AM – 5 PM CST (San Antonio Time) * Must be able to work U.S. hours * Rotational shift flexibility (based on freight demand) * Zoom presence required \& Hubstaff time tracking * Growth Path: Carrier Sales ?
