**Job Description** Transportes Lock, a cash-in-transit company, is seeking: **RECRUITER** Requirements: * Gender: Unrestricted. * Age: 25 to 45 years old. * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. (Completed) * Experience in recruitment and selection within the security sector (preferred) * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Proficiency in managing various social media platforms (must have personal profile and dedicated recruitment page) * Effective use of job platforms and social media. * Availability to work onsite in Veracruz. * Excellent service attitude, organizational skills, and communication abilities. * Must reside in the Conurbated Zone of Veracruz\-Boca del Río. Responsibilities: * Posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and administering psychometric assessments. * Managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for various departments and levels within the company. * Tracking candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. * Posting job openings on job platforms and/or job boards, as well as on social media (having a dedicated recruitment profile is mandatory) * Preparing progress reports and vacancy coverage status reports. * Drafting and processing employment contracts. * Managing personnel files.
