Location: Los Reyes Acaquilpan Centro, La Paz, State of Mexico. **Job Requirements** * Minimum education: Technician in related fields. Ideal: Engineer/Technician specialized in Production and/or Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Proficiency in Internet and Outlook * Experience managing personnel required * Mandatory experience with quality standards (ISO) * Experience in quality training and process implementation required * Knowledge of chemistry * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct visual and physical inspections of products and materials at various stages of the production process to verify compliance with established quality standards. * Perform specific tests and evaluations to assess product characteristics and properties—such as strength, hardness, dimensions, and functionality—using appropriate equipment and tools. * Identify and document any defects, anomalies, or non-conformities detected during inspections, applying the company’s or applicable quality standards’ acceptance and rejection criteria. * Prepare objective and detailed product quality reports. * Adhere to occupational safety and hygiene regulations. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Monthly salary of 15,000 to 16,000 pesos. * Permanent full-time employment. * Professional training and development opportunities. * Life insurance, cafeteria service, and grocery vouchers. * A safe working environment with a committed team. * Statutory benefits.
