




Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to ensure quality in production processes, performing sampling, inspection, and product release, with experience in laboratory work and metallography. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in raw material sampling and use of laboratory instruments. 2. Sample handling, product release, and in-plant verification. 3. Application of metallography and destructive testing. METALMECHANICAL INDUSTRY **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management Systems, or related field. * IMPORTANT: **Experience in raw material sampling and use of laboratory instruments.** * Sample handling, product release, and in-plant verification tours. * 2 years of experience in production plants (Quality Department). * Good Manufacturing Practices. * Application of metallography and destructive testing. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Perform sampling of raw materials, test materials, finished products, and in-process products. * Inspect materials according to work orders and verify compliance with specifications stated therein. * Complete corresponding test reports for each product, generating documentary evidence of compliance or nonconformance. * Prepare analytical reports. * Issue quality certificates for products. * Analyze and operate available laboratory instrumentation. * Approve or reject raw materials against quality standards and record supplier performance. * Verify compliance with inspection and release procedures for raw materials and finished products. * Know and apply quality standards. * Application of metallography and destructive testing. * Selection of production samples and control thereof using appropriate methods. * Comply with and enforce quality guidelines across all operational processes. * Inspect procedures throughout the entire production cycle to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality standards. **Offer:** * Monthly salary. * Superior benefits. * Meal vouchers. * Savings fund. * Annual benefits.
