Focus on compliance and results **Job Objective** Ensure that pineapple reception, production, packaging, and storage processes comply with established quality, food safety, and regulatory standards, guaranteeing a final product that meets customer specifications and current legislation. **Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agronomy, Agroindustrial Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** * **Minimum 1–2 years** in quality positions within **food manufacturing plants** (mandatory). * Preferred experience in handling **fresh fruits or agro-industry**. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Food safety. * Quality control in production processes. * Sanitary regulations (COFEPRIS, applicable NOMs). * **Availability:** Operational shifts and work on the production floor. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise compliance with quality standards across all stages of the production process. * Inspect raw material (pineapple) upon receipt. * Verify washing, sorting, cutting, packaging, and storage processes. * Prepare and maintain quality forms and records. * Identify and report process deviations. * Implement corrective and preventive actions. * Train operational staff on quality and food safety topics. * Monitor cleanliness, order, and sanitary conditions in the plant. * Support internal and external audits. * Release finished products. **Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Process organization and control. * Teamwork. * Effective communication with operational staff and supervisors. * Decision-making ability. * Focus on compliance and results. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional development within the plant.
