**Position: QA Tester (Backend / APIs)** **Location:** CDMX **Contract:** Initial 3-month term \+ indefinite We are looking for a **QA Tester** with experience validating **web and mobile applications**, focused on **backend, APIs, and microservice architectures**, to join a continuously evolving technical team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and execution of test cases and validation matrices for backend, APIs, and microservices. * Execution of functional and non-functional tests. * Validation of data integrity and consistency in relational and non-relational databases. * Log analysis and early defect detection. * Documentation, reporting, and tracking of bugs. * Collaboration with agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies. **Essential Technical Requirements:** * Experience as a QA Tester in projects involving backend and microservices. * API testing using Postman, SoapUI, and Swagger. * Solid knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and MongoDB. * Design of test cases and validation matrices. * Proficiency with Jira, Jenkins, and Git. * Experience in Web and Mobile testing. **Desirable:** * Test automation using Selenium, Cypress, or RestAssured.
