Strong leadership and decision-making skills At Quimica Blantex, we are looking for a Resins Production Manager with solid experience in chemical plants and polymerization to lead and optimize our plant operations. We seek professionals with a degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar positions, experience managing large teams, and extensive knowledge of processes, Lean Manufacturing, and KPI monitoring.
