




Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to design, improve, and optimize the efficiency, safety, and profitability of production processes in plastic additive manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, improve, and optimize production processes for plastic additives. 2. Implement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or BPM. 3. Collaborate with various departments for strategic decision-making. A leading company in the manufacturing and **development** of plastic additive colors. We offer a wide range of shades in the form of **pellets or powder.** Along with color, the **Masterbatch** imparts the most advanced physical, aesthetic, and functional properties to various plastic products. **PLASTIC EXTRUSION PROCESS ENGINEER (MANDATORY)** Profile: Degree in Plastics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent (completed) Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience. **OBJECTIVE: Design, improve, and optimize production processes** to make them more efficient, safe, and profitable. Responsibilities: * Process design and analysis * Design new production processes or services. Continuous Improvement * Optimize time, cost, quality, and resource utilization. * Implement methodologies such as **Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or BPM**. * Reduce scrap, rework, and downtime. Quality Control and Improvement * Define critical process parameters. * Establish statistical process control (SPC). * Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, NOM, etc.). Standardization and Documentation * Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Document work instructions and process manuals. * Train operational staff. Data Analysis * Measure key performance indicators (KPIs): efficiency, productivity, scrap, OEE, etc. * Analyze data to support decision-making and propose improvements. * Prepare technical reports and presentations. Implementation of Changes * Coordinate the rollout of improvements or new processes. * Conduct pilot tests and validations. * Monitor and follow up on results. Safety and Compliance * Ensure processes comply with safety and environmental regulations. * Identify risks and propose preventive actions. * Support internal and external audits. Interdisciplinary Collaboration * Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Procurement. * Support the company’s strategic decision-making. * Analyze existing processes to identify failures, bottlenecks, or waste. * Develop flowcharts, process maps, and layouts.
