




Job Summary: Responsible for managing the overall operation of the plant in Mexico, ensuring achievement of strategic objectives and corporate standards. Key Highlights: 1. Promote a positive workplace culture and comply with labor legislation. **OBJECTIVE:** Responsible for managing the overall operation of the plant in Mexico, ensuring compliance with strategic objectives, corporate standards, production targets, quality, profitability, and applicable regulations. ***PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** **1\. Plant Establishment and Commissioning** · Lead planning, construction, and equipment procurement, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and local regulations. · Develop commissioning plans, coordinate resources, and ensure timely commencement of operations. · Establish management systems (production processes, quality control, and safety protocols). **2\. Production Operations** · Execute production plans to deliver high-quality products on schedule. · Optimize workflow to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and oversee equipment maintenance and/or upgrades. **3\. Team Leadership** · Participate in recruitment, training, and management of plant personnel, promoting a positive workplace culture and compliance with current labor legislation. **4\. Quality and Regulatory Compliance** · Implement quality management systems aligned with company and/or customer standards. · Ensure compliance with Mexican environmental, safety, and labor regulations; address and resolve quality complaints. **5\. Cost Control** · Develop annual budgets, monitor expenditures, analyze cost structures, and propose improvements to enhance profitability. **6\. Supply Chain and Customer Relations** · Coordinate supply chain logistics to ensure timely material procurement and maintain ongoing communication with customers. **7\. Strategic Support** · Provide operational data and strategic insights to support market strategy in Mexico; report production, financial, and quality metrics to Business Unit (BU) leaders. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * 10 years of manufacturing experience, including 5 years in a similar role. * Experience in the electronics industry. * Prior experience in operational start-up (preferred). * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in Chinese (preferred). * Willingness to travel.
