**Grupo Archipiélago** is seeking talent to join as **Cleaning Staff for a Restaurant in Coyoacán (**Near Metro Viveros and Coyoacán**).** You will play a fundamental role in operations, being responsible for ensuring that common and service areas are maintained in optimal hygiene and presentation conditions, directly contributing to the excellence of the customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deep cleaning and disinfection of restrooms. * Ongoing maintenance of the main dining room and common areas. * Detailed cleaning of furniture (armchairs, chairs, tables, bases, trunk and planter cleaning). * Organization and cleaning of the waiting area. * General order of facilities to comply with the group’s hygiene protocols. * Completion and filling out of cleaning checklists (authorized by management). * Cleaning of common areas (office, storage room, locker area). * Cleaning of staff areas (garbage collection from bar, kitchen, floor, and cash registers). * Rooftop cleaning. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $12,000 net per month. * Weekly payroll schedule. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Free cafeteria service. * Complimentary uniforms. * Genuine opportunities for internal growth and development. * Professional, dynamic, and safe work environment. * Shifts Monday through Saturday. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in cleaning establishments (desirable but not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of chemical handling and disinfection. * Basic knowledge of fundamental hygiene and safety standards. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and proactively support staff from other departments. * Attention to detail and commitment to deep cleaning. * Punctuality and responsibility regarding assigned schedules. * Capacity to perform continuous physical activity throughout the workday. * Stamina to remain standing and constantly moving.
