Job Summary: We are seeking a security services supervisor with experience in personnel management, customer service, and conflict resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Supervise assigned services. Ensure 100% coverage for assigned services. Personnel management. Transport personnel to service locations. Monitor and submit incident reports for payroll processing (attendance, absences, vacations, disabilities, permissions, etc.). Customer service. Decision-making and conflict management. Ability to drive a standard vehicle. Experience: Preferably at least 2 years in private security as a supervisor.
