We are currently seeking an **OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR** **Location**: Irapuato or Silao **Employment Type**: Full-time **Schedule**: Flexible availability **Job Description** Lead the operational team to ensure efficient execution of assigned routes, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and maintain operational control in accordance with TEPA Transportes’ established standards of quality, safety, and discipline. **Responsibilities** 1\. Ensure compliance with routes and schedules for assigned plants. 2\. Coordinate daily vehicle and operator assignments based on service demand. 3\. Conduct daily physical and mechanical inspections of vehicles prior to departure. 4\. Perform on-site supervision tours to monitor staff performance. 5\. Manage and follow up on operational and disciplinary incident reports. 6\. Ensure appropriate use of resources such as fuel, tools, and vehicles. 7\. Implement corrective and preventive measures in response to operational deviations. 8\. Resolve conflicts, questions, complaints, and disagreements with operators under supervision. 9\. Conduct periodic evaluations and provide constructive feedback to operators under supervision to improve performance. 10\. Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure timely resolution of vehicle failures. 11\. Verify attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance of operational staff. 12\. Report and document any accidents or incidents occurring during service. 13\. Implement continuous improvement actions to optimize daily operations. 14\. Ensure compliance with internal safety and service guidelines. 15\. Participate in operational and strategic meetings and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and execute internal projects. 16\. Continuously train and reinforce operators on regulations, routes, and protocols. 17\. Accurately complete required forms and prepare requested reports for submission to various administrative departments. 18\. Oversee vehicle handover and receipt during operator onboarding and offboarding. 19\.
