A company dedicated to manufacturing high-quality melamine furniture for residential and office use is seeking an Operational Logistics Supervisor or Coordinator for its office in Zapopan, to manage product delivery routes and customer deliveries. Responsibilities: Schedule delivery and installation routes efficiently \* Coordinate loading teams, transportation, installers, and subcontractors \* Prevent damage, rework, and unnecessary partial deliveries \* Report incidents: shortages, errors, damages, etc. \* Control logistics costs: overtime, freight charges, loading/unloading times, installations, etc. \* Vehicle maintenance control \* Ensure team members properly wear uniforms and maintain hygiene \* Verify mechanical instructions and confirm general measurements \* Supervise installations Required Profile: \* Minimum 2\-3 years of experience \* Knowledge of route and installation time control \* Experience coordinating operational staff \* Basic Office software skills \* Willingness to travel What we offer: \* Base salary: $3,500 weekly \* Bonuses \* Working hours: Monday\-Friday, 8:00 am\-5:30 pm Work location: San Juan de Ocotán, Jalisco Job type: Full-time Salary: Up to $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
