Mex**, committed to excellence and customer satisfaction; we are looking to hire a **Metrology Coordinator** to strengthen our team. **What will you do in this role?** * Evaluate metrology department needs and propose new measurement equipment required to improve process accuracy or efficiency. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of instruments. * Maintain up-to-date calibration, maintenance, and verification records. * Provide technical guidance to operational staff on proper instrument usage. * Coordinate internal or external instrument calibration according to schedule. * First Article Inspection (FAI) Control: Document and communicate first article results to all involved departments, including any necessary corrective actions. * Measurement Quality Control: Conduct periodic internal audits to verify the accuracy and precision of measurements performed at the plant. * Measurement Instrument Control: Manage loaning, cleaning, and maintenance of available equipment for use. **Requirements:** Education: Completed Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering Experience: 2 to 4 years Personnel management experience Leadership and communication competencies **Technical Skills:** Technical English Intermediate-level Excel Knowledge of Quality Management Systems Statistical Quality Control methods: SPC, CPK, CP, and R&R **What We Offer:** Competitive salary paid biweekly Grocery vouchers Savings fund Transportation provided by the company Social Security contributions at 100%.
