This role is critical in evaluating our manufacturing processes and workflows to implement improvements that will enhance efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities: * Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and change. * Apply practical knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process. * Create processes and procedures that help the company meet budgetary goals and performance quotas. * Design and develop new products and product prototypes in collaboration with the creative team. * Participate in brainstorming sessions and interdepartmental meetings to ensure collaboration and cohesion. * Establish effective and efficient work sequences. * Develop innovative solutions to existing manufacturing problems. * Create standardized design criteria across all product lines. ### **Requisitos** Requirements: * Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. * Proficiency in oral and written English. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in tool design. * Experience in automated equipment programming. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Experience in project management. * Strong problem\-solving skills.
