Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a luxury building in Santa Fe, responsible for comprehensive residential maintenance, repairs, resident support, and safety compliance. Ability to work proactively and effectively solve problems ***Luxury Building*** *is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Santa Fe \- Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City* **WE ARE HIRING A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** SANTAFE **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of comprehensive residential maintenance (painting, masonry, finishing, and electrical work) * Preferably knowledge of fire suppression systems and/or emergency power plants. Pump stations. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with residents and coworkers. * Ability to work proactively and effectively solve problems. **Responsibilities:** * Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the building and its systems to identify potential issues. * Repairs and Problem Resolution * Facility Maintenance: Perform repairs and improvements to facilities, including doors, windows, floors, walls, and other physical components of the building. * Resident Support: Promptly and professionally address residents’ maintenance requests. * Safety: Participate in promoting and complying with safety practices within the building. * Collaboration and activity documentation. **Employment Offer:** * **Salary: $12,000 MONTHLY NET / BI-WEEKLY PAYMENTS** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM, and Sunday, 9 AM to 2 PM (Saturday off) * Statutory benefits from day one * If interested, please send a message via **WhatsApp 5519798971** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
