Handles manual and electric tools. **Job Objective** Responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on all plant facilities, machinery, and equipment, in compliance with assigned work schedules. **Main Activities** Repairing leaks and pipe breaks in copper, galvanized steel, and PVC piping. Maintaining gas and solar water heaters. Inspecting gas and water networks to identify issues. Inspecting gas stoves. Installing bathroom and kitchen faucets. Eliminating water infiltration. Painting. Waterproofing.
