Base Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 monthly (based on technical experience). Position Type: Full-time, Permanent. Job Purpose We seek a certified engineer with solid technical experience to lead the maintenance department. Reporting directly to Operations Management, this role is responsible for ensuring availability and optimal operation of critical manufacturing equipment and packaging lines, guaranteeing uninterrupted production and high-quality standards. Essential Requirements * Academic Qualification: Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or related field (CERTIFICATE MANDATORY). * Experience: 2–3 years in maintenance coordination or supervision roles within production plants. * Mobility: Must reside near the area or have convenient access to Carretera a Colotlán / Los Molinos. * Technical Proficiency in Machinery: * Manufacturing: Maintenance of reactors (agitation, heating, and vacuum systems). * Packaging: Operation and repair of volumetric fillers (liquids and semi-solids). * Conditioning: Labelers, coders, and packaging lines. * Critical Services: Air compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Logistics: Handling and preventive maintenance of forklifts. Main Responsibilities * Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all infrastructure and machinery. * Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures promptly to minimize downtime. * Manage external services and specialized suppliers for infrastructure projects. * Ensure compliance with STPS and SEMADET regulations onsite. * KPI Management: Report monthly equipment efficiency and status indicators to Management.
