**Position:** Maintenance Technician **Location:** Jilotepec, State of Mexico **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 to 16:00 hrs **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Maintenance Technician** who is responsible, punctual, and committed, to perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** in a company dedicated to **food manufacturing**. The role requires ensuring the proper functioning of machinery, equipment, and facilities, as well as maintaining records and control of maintenance logs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on production equipment. * Address and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic failures as they occur. * Maintain **maintenance logs and reports** detailing interventions performed. * Support the production area to minimize downtime due to equipment failure. * Ensure compliance with established maintenance programs. * Comply with applicable **safety and hygiene** regulations in the plant. * Collaborate on improvement projects and modifications to machinery or facilities. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * **LP gas boilers** (operation and maintenance). * **Industrial packaging machines, bagging machines, sealers, and slicers.** * **Industrial electricity:** handling of **three-phase and two-phase power.** * **Welding** (basic or intermediate). * **Hydraulic systems** (leak detection and repair, valves, pumps). * Expand electrical network, **detect and solve** any issues, balance loads, among others. * Knowledge of **refrigeration chambers** (desirable, not essential). **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * A **very formal, punctual individual with high work responsibility.** * **Committed**, service-oriented, and willing to solve problems. * **No unexcused absences** and good communication with team members. * Ability to work in an organized manner and keep their area clean and safe.
