Job Summary: We are seeking a highly capable candidate to control and monitor freight units, track shipments, provide customer service, and resolve operational issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control and monitoring of units and transfer times 2. End-to-end shipment tracking until closure 3. Customer service and follow-up **REQUIREMENTS:** * Assign freight units according to customer requirements. * Comply with management instructions for proper control and handling of units and operational staff. * Support and validation of on-route expenses. * Support and monitoring of unit routing. * Submit expense and travel allowance requests to the maintenance department. * Control and tracking of each shipment until closure. * Shipment tracking; interaction with operators. * Customer service and follow-up; preparation of waybills. * Evidence control; report control; problem resolution. We need a highly capable candidate familiar with operators and their supervision, unit monitoring and transfer timing, and identification of idle time. Recent graduates in Industrial Engineering, Data Science Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Please verify commuting distance before applying.
