




**This position is temporary and will be contracted for 3 months to cover a leave of absence** The analyst will be responsible for monitoring the logistics of import and export of raw materials and finished products according to established procedures, as well as providing backup support for logistics at the Vallejo plant. **Job Responsibilities** * Jointly review and monitor open import shipments with the Logistics Coordinator. * Manage import customs entries. * Request advance payments and verify guarantees for material imports. * Review and authorize import bills of lading (BLs). * Send instructions to customs brokers for imports. * Record expenses (preparation of RCs) in TMS for exports. * Send RCs to suppliers after receiving proof of goods delivery. * Organize files, travel evidence, and shipment audit documentation. * Respond to users regarding shipment status and tracking, jointly with the Logistics Coordinator. * Conduct conversations in English with customers and/or suppliers. **Compliance with policies and safety procedures** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field. **Experience** * Experience in shipment tracking. * Experience with transportation carriers and shipping documents. * Knowledge of import and export processes. * Experience with any ERP system. * Knowledge of transportation unit capacities.
