Job Objective Support the administration and monitoring of labor relations, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation, internal policies, and proper handling of labor incidents. Responsibilities Handling and follow-up of labor incidents (absences, administrative reports, sanctions, and terminations). Support in labor termination processes and calculation of final settlements. Preparation and safekeeping of labor documentation. Follow-up on individual labor conflicts. Support during labor authority inspections and requests. Control and updating of personnel files. Basic labor-related advisory services for leaders and internal departments. Support in reviewing and ensuring compliance with internal policies and the Internal Work Regulations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law Minimum experience: 1–2 years in Labor Relations. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. Experience managing labor files and disciplinary processes. Proficiency in Office software suite (Intermediate Excel).
