BRAND AMBASSADOR – TRAINER Responsible for coordinating and delivering training materials targeted at employees, customers, and distributors within the hardware sector. The primary objective is to ensure that sales teams and points of sale possess the necessary technical and commercial knowledge to drive sales, enhance customer service, and guarantee proper product usage. REQUIREMENTS: Age: 25 to 40 years old Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Marketing, Business Administration, or Business Management Excel: Intermediate level required Must own a vehicle; knowledge of expense reporting and reimbursement procedures required Willingness to travel 1–3 times per month (Guanajuato, Guerrero, Hidalgo, Michoacán, Morelos, Nayarit, Oaxaca, Puebla, Querétaro, Quintana Roo, San Luis Potosí, Tabasco, Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Yucatán) Knowledge of the hardware sector (products, sales processes, market needs) Proficiency in training methodologies (in-person and virtual) Instructional design: development of training materials and technical content Familiarity with digital tools for online training (LMS platforms, videoconferencing, etc.) Knowledge of marketing and sales principles applied to commercial training Salary: $13,800 Transportation allowance: $2,500 KPI bonus: $2,000 (paid monthly in arrears) Position type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary range: $15,000.00 – $18,300.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract Work location: On-site employment
