As a Shipping Analyst / Account Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing each phase of the order receiving and shipping process. Your primary mission will be to ensure strict compliance with regulations and delivery deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. **What are the main responsibilities?** Track customer orders to ensure timely and proper shipments. Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Transportation teams for correct preparation and dispatch of goods. Support management of domestic and international shipments. Review and track required logistics and customs documentation. Maintain communication with customs brokers, carriers, and customers for delivery tracking. Record and update shipment information in the system for control and traceability. Report logistical incidents and follow up until resolution. Support regulatory compliance for logistics processes, including IMMEX. **What qualifications are important for this position?** Basic English. Academic background in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics, coordination of international shipments, or a similar role. Knowledge of customs procedures and international regulations related to foreign trade. **What do we offer?** Monthly gross salary of MXN 18,500. Full statutory benefits.
