




At PROSEGACI, we are looking to integrate a Junior Payroll Assistant into our team—someone eager to learn, organized, and committed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the weekly capture of staff attendance and incidents. Record absences, days off, overtime hours, vacations, medical leaves, and permissions. Assist in preparing the weekly payroll draft. Review basic payroll information and report inconsistencies. Support the registration of new hires, terminations, and personnel movements. Maintain up-to-date personnel databases and files. Address basic staff inquiries related to their pay. Collaborate with the HR team to meet payroll cutoff and payment deadlines. And other duties. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum desirable experience in HR or payroll: at least 1 year. Intermediate Excel skills. Organized, responsible individual with strong attention to detail. Interest in learning payroll processes. WHAT WE OFFER Monthly net salary: $12,000.00 Statutory benefits. Cafeteria service.
