You will be part of a dynamic team that drives operational efficiency to make operations more agile, effective, and aligned with strategic objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and map current processes using diagrams and documentation. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. * Collaborate with business units to understand their operational needs and challenges. * Support the implementation of improvements and monitor results. * Participate in transformation and continuous improvement projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Basic knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools (Visio, Bizagi, BPMN, Scrum). * Analytical and documentation skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and under supervision. * Proficiency in office productivity tools and diagramming software. **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Salary: $14,910 net plus statutory benefits. * Growth opportunity within a leading corporate group. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
