At Otra Era Inmobiliaria & Construcción, we are looking for a Junior Architect to support drafting, updating, and correcting projects—including utility adjustments and lot layout. You’ll learn extensively here because the work is real: project changes, reviews, and drawings actually used in operations/construction. **What You’ll Do:** Draft and update AutoCAD drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations). Support project corrections during changes or reviews. Adjust/modify basic utility layouts (plumbing, stormwater, electrical). Layout and locate lots, references, and positions on drawings. Assist with file organization, drawing printing, and version control. Collaborate with the team to understand changes and accurately implement them in drawings. **What We’re Looking For in You:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (degree obtained). 0–2 years of experience (internships or social service count if you have solid technical skills). Intermediate AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory). Ability to read drawings and strong logical thinking for correction and information reorganization. Organization, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. **Plus (highly valued if you have these):** CivilCAD or basic surveying knowledge. SketchUp or Revit. Basic Excel skills.
