




Job Summary: STRATTEC is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to manage daily technical support operations, ensuring high user satisfaction and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. This is your opportunity to join STRATTEC as an **IT Help Desk**. **Objective**: Responsible for the daily operations of the IT Support team. This individual ensures that all technical issues—from hardware failures to software errors—are tracked, prioritized, and resolved according to company standards. The goal is to maintain high user satisfaction, optimize support staff efficiency, and guarantee consistent IT coverage throughout business hours. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide first- and second-level help desk support and assign tickets according to resolution level. * Assist users with access, connectivity, and application-related issues. * Create and manage knowledge base articles for frequently resolved incidents. * Monitor the ticketing system (TrackIT) to ensure no request goes unanswered. * Provide remote support for all IBM systems, customer websites, and application resets. * Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and operations teams to meet technological needs on the shop floor. * Adhere to IT policies and procedures, including security protocols and data protection. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * 5 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles. * Advanced English (conversational). **Knowledge:** * Windows OS, Microsoft 365, common enterprise applications. * Microsoft Entra ID, multi-factor authentication (MFA) applications. * Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail. * Problem-solving. * Communication across all levels. * Independent and team-based work. * Mathematical ability (capacity to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages; create and interpret graphs). * Reasoning ability (solving practical problems and addressing diverse concrete variables in situations where standardization is limited). **No member of Strattec Mexican Operations may request any fee or compensation from you for submitting your resume, receiving your application, offering employment, or for any other reason within the hiring process.** **Our selection processes ensure equal opportunity, fairness, inclusion, and firmly reject child labor.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $1\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Language: * English (conversational) (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
