




**Skills Finder is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Guadalajara, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Human Resources Manager** **Guadalajara, Jalisco** **On-site** A **consolidated food industry company** is seeking to hire a **Human Resources Manager** with expertise in organizational development and process control to lead talent management and regulatory compliance at our Guadalajara plant. **Position Objective** To lead the strategic administration of human resources, with emphasis on organizational development, strengthening workplace climate, performance management, and rigorous control of administrative and regulatory processes—ensuring a stable, productive work environment aligned with the food industry’s quality and hygiene standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement **organizational development strategies**: Strengthening corporate culture, integration, and continuous improvement of internal HR processes. * Manage **workplace climate** and **performance evaluation**: Administer surveys, corrective action plans, and track key indicators. * Identify training needs; develop, execute, and evaluate the **annual training and development plan**, focusing on technical and leadership competencies. * Administer and supervise critical processes related to **payroll, incidents, employment contracts, personnel files**, and associated documentation (vacations, leaves of absence, terminations, etc.). * Ensure **regulatory compliance**: Federal Labor Law (LFT), employer obligations, Occupational Safety and Health. * **Desirable**: Familiarity with (IMSS, Infonavit, SUA, SIPARE, Employer Portal). * Administrative management. * Implementation of internal policies with a preventive and constructive approach. * Monitor and report **HR management indicators** (turnover, absenteeism, staff productivity, job satisfaction, regulatory compliance). * Recruitment and selection of middle management and operational staff (limited to defining key profiles, conducting strategic interviews, and final validation of critical candidates). **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field (degree and professional license required). * Minimum 5 years of experience leading Human Resources functions, with knowledge of **organizational development**, workplace climate management, and regulatory process control. * Experience in **manufacturing or the food industry** (highly valued). * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation (LFT) and employer obligations, payroll and incident management, and performance indicators. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis). * Proven employment stability. **We Offer** * Base salary: $20,000 MXN per month. * Bonuses for achievement of objectives. * Full statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:15 hrs. * Indefinite-term contract with a stable company.
