




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to manage recruitment, selection, hiring, and administrative personnel activities. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Human Resources Assistant. Experience in private security and/or work in industrial plants. Flexible schedule availability. Commitment and service-oriented attitude. High sense of responsibility and urgency. Complete documentation (original and copy). **KNOWLEDGE:** Recruitment, selection, and hiring of operational staff (preferably in private security). Field and digital recruitment (social media). PC and corporate email proficiency. Internal HR processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Recruitment and selection of personnel. Initial interviews. Administration and evaluation of psychometric tests. Management of various recruitment sources. Hiring. Objective-based work. Submission of weekly and monthly reports. Database management. File control, assembly, and integration. Administrative tasks. Personnel on-boarding. Uniform distribution. Follow-up with newly hired staff. Support during audits. **SCHEDULE:** Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional Saturdays (half-day). **WE OFFER:** $12,500 net monthly salary. Bi-weekly payments. Statutory benefits.
