




**Your role at Vantive:** Maintain balance in employee/company relationships by developing procedures, policies, and programs to contribute to achieving business results. Ensure quality service to internal customers considering the organization's needs for acquisition, retention, and development of administrative and operational personnel at Plant. **What you will do:** * Handle labor relations * Provide support to Plant Management and other functions in decision-making related to people. * Propose initiatives and participate in governmental and corporate certifications. * Drive the implementation of the ethics and compliance program and prevent, detect, and correct violations of law, Vantive policies, and code of conduct. * Implement Vantive's code of conduct, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to the Global Interactions Policy and Third-Party Policy, and support processes by ensuring employee onboarding and training. * Identify compliance and legal risks for Vantive in the country/cluster. * Maintain and ensure relationship with the Union Committee to contribute to achieving organizational objectives. * Promote leadership and joint initiatives at Plant. * Supervise and ensure compliance with trainings provided to personnel. * Address internal and external customer requirements related to any Human Resources process. * Supervise and support events focused on improving organizational climate or providing benefits to personnel. * Foster teamwork and development of initiatives with a continuous improvement focus within the area. * Budget administration. * Manage Change Management processes. * Administration of personnel compensation. * Development and implementation of employee career plans. * Identify and execute improvement opportunities to strengthen processes. * Support projects aimed at cost reduction and process improvement. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures for activities and personnel under responsibility, according to international standards, ISO 14001, 45001, and Mexican official norms regarding safety. * Maintain employee satisfaction levels. * Meet corporate requirements and objectives. * Maintain staff turnover at optimal operational levels. * Maintain work environment within parameters established to comply with current labor regulations at plant and corporate levels. * Keep personnel absenteeism at optimal operational levels. * Ensure that risks and aspects within areas of responsibility are identified, evaluated, and controlled. * Monitor compliance with Local Sanitary Regulation (NOM\-241\-SSA1\), regulations from countries where products are exported, current versions of international standards ISO 9001 / ISO 13485, and corporate requirements. Also ensure compliance with risk management processes when applicable. * Comply with the Quality Management System (PECCADN014\) * Compliance with BPDs and applicable PNOS. * Foster a culture of regulatory compliance and ethical business practices within the organization. * Modify procedures applicable to the area. * Process contract terminations due to RIT violations. **What you will bring:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Capital Management, Psychology, or related field. Knowledge of union negotiations and union management. Familiarity with CCT and RIT. Advanced English. Risk management skills. Knowledge of Local Sanitary Regulation (NOM\-241\-SSA1\) and international standards ISO 9001 / ISO 13485. 5 to 7 years of experience in personnel administration. Minimum of 3 years in recruitment and selection of personnel. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing training processes.
