We seek talent committed to excellence, attention to detail, and safety to join our workshop team. ​Job Objective ​We are looking for an opaquing technician/dresser and door installer with experience capable of executing disassembly, ballistic material installation, and reassembly processes for vehicles, ensuring preservation of the vehicle’s original aesthetics and mechanical functionality while complying with safety standards (Levels \[III, IV, V, etc.]). ​Main Responsibilities ​The selected candidate will be responsible for: ​Disassembly and Reassembly: Careful removal of interior components (upholstery, dashboards, headliners) and exterior parts, ensuring retention of original staples and components. ​Installation of Opaque Materials: Cutting, fitting, and bonding aramid fibers (Kevlar) and ballistic steel onto vehicle bodywork (doors, firewall, pillars, etc.). ​Structural Modifications: Reinforcement of frames, hinges, and suspension systems to support added weight. ​Glass: Assistance with or installation of armored glass and operation of modified window lift mechanisms. ​Finishing: Interior adjustments to ensure the vehicle appears "factory-original" after the process (zero noise, zero misalignment). ​Quality Control: Verification of ballistic gaps and post-reassembly electronic functionality. ​Profile Requirements ​Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in automotive armoring. ​Technical Knowledge: ​Proficiency with cutting tools, welding (MIG/TIG is a plus), and pneumatic tools. ​Knowledge of ballistic materials (steels, fibers, polyethylenes). ​Basic automotive electrical concepts (desirable). ​Soft Skills: Extreme attention to detail, honesty, discretion, and ability to work collaboratively. ​Documentation: Valid criminal background clearance letter. ​What We Offer ​Competitive Salary ​​Work Environment: Job stability and a professional, secure workplace. ​If you meet the profile and seek stability within a reputable company, please submit your CV or a tailored application to schedule a technical assessment.
