Timely technical decision-making to ensure reliability. **Join EEEISA at Ozumba Plant!** **Position:** Senior Die Specialist Mechanic **Location:** Federal Highway Mexico–Cuautla km 41.5, Ozumba de Alzate, State of Mexico **EDUCATION:** Preferably Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Maintenance / Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance Technician degree, or related field. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** Preferably 3 years of experience in production and/or industrial mechanical maintenance. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Mechanics * Hydraulics * Pneumatics * Operating principles of compressors and vacuum pumps * Workshop hand tools * Preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of industrial machinery * Identification of mechanical failures **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure continuity and operational efficiency of assigned production lines by mastering the operation of equipment within the assigned module, performing **corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance**, as well as **timely technical decision-making**, to guarantee equipment availability and reliability. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Properly use **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)** when performing tasks. * Comply with EEEISA policies and procedures, as well as the 5S program. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, supporting accident prevention. * Stop equipment when operations fail to meet required quality specifications and report any anomalies occurring during the shift to the Production Supervisor. * Verify that products comply with development characteristics, height, and framing according to each measurement. * Identify, stop, and diagnose mechanical equipment defects to avoid processes outside quality specifications. * Report any anomalies or components requiring replacement or mechanical repair to the Production Supervisor for scheduling within monthly maintenance plans. * Perform preventive maintenance activities according to the dates indicated in the schedule. See **MPR-PM-02 Process Mapping: Preventive Maintenance.** * Maintain close communication and report to the Immediate Supervisor whenever raw materials or spare parts do not meet quality requirements. * Inform the Production Supervisor of progress and follow-up on the solution during repairs. * Immediately address contingencies requiring **corrective maintenance** of equipment through thorough inspection of: **leaks, pressures, compressor, control system, pressure switches, thermostats, counters, etc.** * Conduct periodic inspections to confirm the machine is ready and operating under optimal conditions. * Coordinate, via the Production Supervisor, the provision of tools and accessories required to address equipment malfunctions, ensuring proper use, preservation, and safekeeping of tools at all times to maintain their integrity and functionality. * Maintain constant communication with the Production Supervisor during repairs, reporting progress and follow-up on the solution to be implemented. * Verify that spare parts for assigned equipment remain within their service life. * Generate, execute, and track blue TPM cards raised.
