Opportunity for growth in construction projects **CONSTRUCTION SECURITY OFFICER WANTED** A construction company is seeking a responsible and committed security officer to protect workers and supervise safety on site at the Alen plant (Santa Catarina zone / industrial area). Main Requirements: **MANDATORY:** Reside in Santa Catarina, García, or nearby areas (Mandatory: no difficulty with commuting). (Must arrive independently at the Alen plant work area by 8:00 am.) **MANDATORY:** Attend interview with site supervisor: Arch. Alejandro ZE (required for consideration for this position) - Experience in surveillance or security at construction sites (preferred, but candidates with positive attitude and willingness will also be considered). - Responsible, punctual, and physically fit. (Extensive walking and long patrols in open areas) (Only proactive individuals with initiative). (Duties include collecting signatures to issue permits, cordoning off areas, staying with workers on site, placing signage, inspecting hazardous surroundings, and safeguarding workers’ integrity), Inspecting fire extinguishers, verifying proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by personnel, and ensuring personnel do not engage in unsafe acts. 100% field-based work. - Availability for shift work (Saturdays and Sundays as required). - Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) and Saturdays (8:00 am to 1:00 pm). We Offer: Base salary of **$15,000 to $18,000 monthly** (based on experience). Statutory benefits.
