Prepare collection reports and metrics At **Casco Transportes**, we are growing and looking to add a **Collection Manager** with a service-oriented attitude and a results-driven focus to our team. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for managing and following up on collections with our drivers, providing personalized service and ensuring proper vehicle control. **Main Responsibilities** * Collection management with drivers who lease or purchase vehicles. * Vehicle tracking for those in repair shops, impound lots, or storage yards. * Direct assistance to drivers for account statement clarifications. * Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports and metrics. * Minimum education: **Technical High School Diploma** * Experience: **Minimum 1 year in collections or similar role** * Age: **Preferably 25 years or older** * Gender: **No preference** **Knowledge and Skills** * Basic/intermediate proficiency in **Excel** * Service-oriented attitude and customer focus * Teamwork Work Modality / On-site Location: Monterrey International Airport, Apodaca Municipality Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **APPLY NOW AND JOIN OUR TEAM!** Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $13,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
