




Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational CEDIS Controller to ensure the integrity of financial information and operational-financial control, acting as a liaison between operational areas and Corporate Finance. For this reason, we are seeking your talent for the position of: **Controller – Operational CEDIS** **Position Objective:** Ensure the integrity of economic information and operational-financial control of the CEDIS, serving as a strategic liaison between operational areas (Warehouse, Transportation, Quality) and Corporate Finance. Your mission will be to ensure cost and inventory traceability, as well as strict compliance with PharmaIgsa’s policies. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration (degree completed). Experience: 2–4 years performing internal control, accounting, or operational finance functions. * Preferred: Prior experience in logistics, distribution, or pharmaceutical sectors. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in ERP Dynamics 365 or Business Central (preferred). * Advanced Excel skills and financial reporting capabilities. * General accounting, budgetary control, and basic tax regulations (VAT, Income Tax, CFDI). * Ability to reconcile accounts and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (Operations, Logistics, Finance). * Results-oriented, detail-oriented, and analytically capable. **Responsibilities:** **Financial and Budgetary Control:** * Validate, record, and reconcile operational expenses (fuel, per diems, maintenance, etc.), ensuring proper documentation and accurate recording in Business Central. * Monitor budget execution, reporting variances to Corporate Finance and Operations Management. **Inventory Management:** * Coordinate physical inventory counts, validating adjustments, shrinkage, and returns for accurate reconciliation with the ERP and invoicing. **Billing and Collections Support:** * Verify that all deliveries include supporting documentation (bills of lading, evidence, delivery notes) to ensure smooth billing and collections processes. **Auditing and Compliance:** * Ensure implementation of corporate policies and coordinate internal audits, reporting any financial or operational risks identified onsite. **Performance Analysis (KPIs):** * Generate monthly CEDIS performance reports (costs, revenues, margin) and provide data for financial closing. **We Offer:** Salary: $25,000 MXN (take-home pay) Statutory benefits Work location: Huejotzingo, Puebla.
