Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Architect/Civil Engineer to supervise, coordinate, and control project execution, ensuring quality, adherence to schedules, and budget compliance. Project documentation and logistics management Architect and/or Civil Engineer Licensed professional with valid professional license Valid Class B driver’s license (preferred) Experience managing construction personnel Minimum 3 years of experience as a site engineer Responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate, and control activities, technical specifications, and established timelines to ensure work quality, efficient resource utilization, and budget compliance, guaranteeing proper project delivery. * Coordinate, execute, and monitor work activities * Supervise work execution * Generate progress documentation for project administration * Lead and manage the work team, optimizing performance and fostering a collaborative and respectful environment * Plan and coordinate work logistics, ensuring timely supply of materials, equipment, and required resources Technical Skills * AutoCAD * Microsoft Office Suite Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00; Saturday, 9:00–13:00 Biweekly payment, statutory benefits.
