Experience in customer follow-up. Administrative skills, as well as sales and marketing abilities. Knowledge of billing processes. Ability to work under pressure. Gender: No preference. Age: 25 to 40 years old. Responsibilities: Commercial follow-up of your customer portfolio (including scheduling pickups, deliveries, route deviations, shipment volume tracking, and status updates). Commercial department reporting according to the established schedule. Quotations for external and internal customers. Reporting to Credit and Collections. Presentation of monthly and quarterly KPIs to top customers in your portfolio. Rate negotiation based on volumes agreed upon in policies. Measurement of billing volumes. Follow-up on clarifications.
