




Job Description An industrial sector company dedicated to the manufacturing of corrugated cardboard and packaging is seeking to integrate an Administrative and Procurement Assistant with proven experience in handling supplies, materials, and suppliers within the industry. Responsibilities: * Request for quotations and comparative analysis of suppliers. * Creation and tracking of purchase orders. * Inventory control and monitoring. * Coordination with warehouse, logistics, and production to ensure timely supply. * Receipt and filing of documentation (invoices, orders, contracts). * Support during internal audits and compliance with processes. * Preparation of purchasing reports and consumption analysis. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative procurement within the corrugated or packaging industry. * Knowledge of materials. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and possessing negotiation skills. * Preferred: experience in logistics or quality control. * Education: * Technical degree or Bachelor’s in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
