Collaborate with a team at a company with 20 years of experience At **Adhetec**, we are looking for our next **Accounts Payable Analyst**. **Who are we?** We are a company belonging to **Grupo Industrial Adhetec S.A. de C.V.**, dedicated to the production of ceramic adhesives, with over **20 years of experience** in the construction market. We operate **4 manufacturing plants**: * Apaxco, State of Mexico * Vizarrón, Querétaro * Tepeaca, Puebla * Gómez Palacio, Durango **Job Objective:** Record, control, and timely monitor the company’s accounts payable, ensuring accurate accounting entries, compliance with payment deadlines, and reconciliation with suppliers, thereby contributing to sound financial management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record and validate supplier invoices in the accounting system. * Verify that invoices comply with tax requirements and internal policies. * Schedule supplier payments according to due dates and cash flow. * Monitor balances, due dates, and discrepancies with suppliers. * Reconcile supplier account statements. * Manage advances, credit notes, and returns. * Prepare accounts payable reports and aging reports of balances. * Support monthly accounting closings. * Safeguard and organize tax and supporting documentation. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field (completed or in progress). * Minimum experience: 1–2 years in accounts payable or accounting functions. * Knowledge of electronic invoicing (CFDI), VAT, and tax withholdings. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Prior experience with accounting systems / ERP is desirable. **Competencies:** * Organization and control * Attention to detail * Responsibility and adherence to deadlines * Ability to work under pressure * Communication with suppliers and internal departments * Honesty and confidentiality Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Free parking * Company phone Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * Are you able to drive a standard transmission vehicle? * Do you hold a valid driver’s license? * This position is located in Apaxco—do you live near the area?
