Development within a growing company **Are you passionate about consultative sales and closing deals that truly impact the point of sale?** We are looking for a dynamic, results-focused Sales Executive with strong negotiation skills who wants to grow in the POP materials sector and build long-term business relationships. **What will be your mission?** Drive the company’s commercial growth through strategic prospecting, specialized consulting, and effective closing of POP material projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets. **What will you do in this role?** * Prospect and develop new business opportunities. * Manage and expand the customer portfolio. * Identify client needs and offer creative solutions in POP materials. * Conduct commercial presentations and effective negotiations. * Provide timely follow-up on projects until closure. * Keep the CRM updated. * Prepare reports and monitor performance indicators. * Meet and exceed sales targets. **Candidate Profile:** * Experience in consultative sales (preferably in POP materials, printing, marketing, or advertising). * Excellent negotiation and closing ability. * Results orientation. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * CRM proficiency. * Availability to work in Santa Fe and attend Tepotzotlán once per week. **What we offer:** * Base salary + attractive commission scheme. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Excellent work environment. * Development within a growing company.
