We are looking for a General Accountant to join our specialized team onsite at Converse. If you are a detail-oriented professional with strategic vision and initiative, this position is for you! Your primary challenge: Ensure the financial health and tax compliance of operations by leading the recording, control, and analysis of accounting information in accordance with corporate standards. What will you do with us? Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings and prepare financial statements. Ensure comprehensive tax compliance (tax returns, SAT, NIF). Perform bank reconciliations and account clean-up. Coordinate audits and provide financial reporting for decision-making. Supervise payroll and accruals recording. What do we require from you? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Solid experience in general and tax accounting in Mexico. Intermediate English (able to understand corporate reports or manuals). Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency. We offer: Statutory benefits from day one. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekends off! (Fixed Saturday and Sunday rest).
