This role is designed for a designer who can take **go\-to\-market messaging, campaign strategy, and ICP insights** and translate them into **visually compelling ad creatives that drive clicks and conversions.** You will work closely with marketing and growth teams to produce ad creatives used across **LinkedIn, Google Display, Meta, and other digital platforms**. The ideal candidate understands **B2B advertising psychology**, can design for **performance**, and enjoys testing creative variations to improve campaign results. Key ResponsibilitiesAd Creative Design* Design **high\-converting static B2B ad creatives** for platforms such as **LinkedIn, Google Display, and Meta**. * Translate **campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and go\-to\-market strategies** into compelling visual concepts. * Produce **multiple ad variations** to support A/B testing across headlines, visuals, layouts, and CTAs. * Create assets in **multiple formats and dimensions** to meet the requirements of different ad platforms. * Maintain strong **brand consistency** while tailoring creatives for different audience segments. Creative Strategy \& Collaboration* Interpret **Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging strategies, and campaign objectives** to inform creative direction. * Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to ensure creative assets align with **campaign performance goals**. * Participate in campaign brainstorming and contribute **creative ideas for new ad concepts**. * Review performance insights with the marketing team and iterate on creative designs based on results. Creative Production \& Workflow* Manage multiple ad creative projects while maintaining **high quality and meeting deadlines**. * Build and maintain a **library of creative assets, templates, and brand materials**. * Develop design **templates and repeatable frameworks** for scalable ad production. * Use **AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept development, and creative workflows**. Must Haves* **3\+ years of experience** creating B2B ad creatives for digital advertising campaigns. * A strong portfolio showcasing **static ad creatives for platforms like LinkedIn, Google Display, or Meta**. * Expert proficiency with **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)** and/or **Canva**. * Ability to translate **marketing strategy and messaging into compelling visual designs**. * Understanding of **B2B audience conversion principles**, including messaging hierarchy, visual attention, and CTA placement. * Familiarity with **AI design tools** such as **Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT** to support ideation and creative workflows.
