Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment and selection process from requisition, candidate screening, interviews, technical evaluation, and onboarding. Post job openings on platforms including Pandapé, Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media. Create infographics for job openings. Contact qualified candidates for first and second interviews according to profile requirements. Administer theoretical and practical assessments. Verify employment references. Schedule laboratory medical examinations. Receive documents for digital file creation and employee ID card issuance. Notify Safety & Hygiene and Payroll departments of new hires to request access permissions, IMSS registration, and payroll enrollment. · Requirements: Reside in the North Zone (Azcapotzalco, GAM, Tlalnepantla). Graduates from any discipline with 4 years’ experience in recruitment. Proficiency in recruitment tools and best practices in the field. Adaptability to dynamic and demanding environments. Strong communication and negotiation skills with candidates. Proficiency in Excel. Experience covering positions in the electrical/industrial sector (Desirable) · We Offer: Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs. $12,000 MXN net monthly salary. Punctuality bonus.
