Senior Accounting Supervisor Mission: Prepare, analyze, interpret, and present the entity's financial information to support accurate and timely decision-making, as well as participate in additional operational processes as required. Job Requirements: Education: University degree in Accounting. Experience: Prior accounting experience of 2 years. Skills: Knowledge of transaction recording in accounting systems, preparation of working papers for recording, payment scheduling via banking portal, issuance of customer invoices. · English · Proficiency in accounting software Job Responsibilities: • Record and analyze accounting information in accordance with applicable accounting standards (NIF). • Prepare, analyze, and submit monthly analytical schedules (DNI). • Prepare and analyze accounting entries related to vehicle leasing under NIF D-5 (DSF). • Prepare, analyze, submit, and dispatch monthly and annual trial balances. • Prepare, analyze, interpret, and present monthly and annual financial statements. • Prepare, analyze, and submit monthly reports (DSF). • Ensure and complete the propane import process (DNI). • Register and value imported and domestic inventory (DNI). • Record in SAP system and retain invoices for propane purchases from domestic and foreign suppliers (DNI). • Record, track, and apply payments to foreign suppliers; calculate and apply revaluations (DNI). • Support the procurement registration process in SIRETRAC (DNI). • Perform and/or supervise STB for Accounts Payable (DSF). • Respond to and follow up on external audits and requirements for issuing audit opinions and financial reports. • Respond to client requests (DSF). • Supervise and support Administrative Assistant activities (DSF). • Implement policies and/or procedures to prevent bias in various process activities. • Support the implementation, migration, and/or development of accounting software or ERP systems.
