Job Summary: INTEGRA is seeking an Accounting Assistant to perform accounting operations, bank reconciliations, account control, and CFDI management. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in accounting systems and handling of CFDI 4.0 At INTEGRA, we are seeking: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT in the Vallejo industrial zone. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (completed or final semesters) or technical degree. Experience: Prior work experience at an accounting firm is desirable (not mandatory). Experience in monthly closings, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable control. Technical knowledge in accounting and practical skills in journal entry recording and tax audits. Competencies: Accounting Systems, CFDI 4.0 Handling, Excel, and Tax Knowledge. Main Responsibilities: Record and post accounting transactions, with emphasis on SAT-issued CFDIs. Bank reconciliations. Cash reimbursements. Recording of accounting journal entries. Information validation: Verify that supporting documentation—such as invoices and receipts—matches the information entered into the accounting system. Bank reconciliation. Accounts payable and receivable control. CFDI Management: issuance, review, and control. Our Offer: Monthly Salary: $12,000 Gross. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Location: On-site work at offices (Vallejo).
