




Job Summary: Administration professional with experience in customer service, order handling, billing, and follow-up, utilizing systems such as SAP and ASPEL. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end order and delivery route management. 2. Direct customer interaction and complaint tracking. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and ASPEL. Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. Customer service and information handling experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and ASPEL. 1. Check for pending orders 2. Prepare delivery routes for delivery operators. 3. Receive orders (specify order timeframes in writing) 4. Prepare order requests 5. Track orders in coordination with Production and Development Manager 6. Generate customer invoices 7. Prepare finished product and sample labels. (yes) 8. Update customer database (as applicable). 9. Follow up on customer and prospect phone calls. 10. Send invoices and documentation to customers via email 11. Assist in sending quotations, sample letters, cover letters, product lists, or any other information requested by customers or prospects. 12. Coordinate with Production to ensure timely delivery of finished products. 13. Verify that delivery documentation is complete and accurate 14. Prepare and send payment receipts to customers 15. Coordinate daily delivery progress and maintain communication with delivery operators 16. Receive customer complaints. 17.
