Real estate development POSITION: Lease Analyst / Lease\- Real Estate Development Position Objective: A major women's apparel and accessories corporate group is seeking a Lease Analyst responsible for reviewing and analyzing lease contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, among other duties. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drafting and/or reviewing lease contracts * Negotiating rent increases * Invoice recovery * Liaising with landlords * Serving as the point of contact between corporate and landlords REQUIREMENTS: * Age: 20\-30 years * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration (currently completing studies; degree certificate not required) * Gender: Unrestricted * Experience: 6 months to 1 year WE OFFER * Salary: MXN 13,856 (gross) per month * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Work Location * Pasaje Interlomas, Huixquilucan Immediate hiring if you meet the profile Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $13,856\.70 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
