Work-life balance with a stable schedule **About PerProperty** At PerProperty, we are scaling our PropTech ecosystem and need a technical web developer to manage our web presence and automation. We are looking for a hands-on Developer who excels at bridging the gap between web design, server management, and marketing automation. **The Role** We need a "Full-Stack Webmaster" who can take ownership of our digital infrastructure. Your mission is to finalize our current web development phase, optimize our hosting environment, and ensure our lead generation funnel is perfectly integrated. This is a results-driven role: You will be inheriting an ongoing project and will be responsible for auditing, finalizing, and optimizing all technical tasks to reach 100% operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * **Web Design & Development:** Finalize and polish the WordPress site, ensuring high performance and a premium UI/UX. * **Systems Integration:** Build and troubleshoot deep integrations with GoHighLevel (funnels, triggers, and CRM workflows). * **Infrastructure Management:** Take control of GoDaddy hosting, DNS settings, and domain security. * **Project Completion:** Audit existing workflows and complete all pending technical tasks from previous phases to ensure a seamless launch. * **Performance Tracking:** Implement tracking pixels and ensure the site is SEO-optimized and mobile-ready. **Requirements** * **Proven Experience:** 3+ years in Web Development with a strong WordPress portfolio. * **GHL:** Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel integrations is preferred. * **Hosting Mastery:** Expert level in managing GoDaddy (CPanel, DNS, SSL). * **Frontend Skills:** High proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. * **Language:** Basic to intermediate English skills (B1). **What We Offer** * **Contract Type:** Independent Contractor agreement with a fixed full monthly fee. * **Work Environment:** 100% Remote. * **Direct Impact:** Full ownership of our web platform and marketing systems. * **Growth:** Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced PropTech startup. * **Work-Life Balance:** Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. * **Competitive Salary:** $15,000 MXN monthly (Net). **Apply also at:** anna@perproperty.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15,000.00 per month Experience: * Web Development: 3 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
